NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REZONING APPLICATION
LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton will hold a public hearing at 8:00 AM on July 30, 2026 at Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Blvd., Pendleton, New York. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public input on a request to rezone a property on Dunnigan Road (SBL 151.00-2-27.2) from the current mixed zoning. The proposed change includes this property (SBL 151.00-2-27.2) being rezoned as follows:
- The western proposed parcel subdivision of approximately 9.505 acres, which is currently zoned Light Industrial (LI) and Residential (R-2) shall be zoned Light Industrial (LI) in its entirety.
- The eastern proposed parcel subdivision of approximately 22.638 acres, which is currently zoned Light Industrial (LI), Medium Commercial, and Residential (R-2), shall be zoned Medium Commercial in its entirety.
At the time and place stated above, all interested members of the public shall be heard.
Each person will be allotted a three-minute time limit.
