NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REZONING APPLICATION

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton will hold a public hearing at 6:55 PM on August 10, 2026 at Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Blvd., Pendleton, New York. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public input on a request to rezone a property on Killian Road (SBL 164.00-3-23.1) from the current mixed zoning. The proposed change includes this property (SBL 164.00-3-23.1) being rezoned from Light Industrial (LI) and Residential (R-2) to Residential (R-2) in its entirety.

At the time and place stated above, all interested members of the public shall be heard.  Each person will be allotted a three-minute time limit.
