NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pendleton will hold a public hearing at 6:55 PM on October 13, 2026 at Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Blvd., Pendleton, New York. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public input on a request for a Special Use Permit for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on property located at 5960 Donner.

At the time and place stated above, all interested members of the public shall be heard.  Each person will be allotted a three-minute time limit.
